About Trust Tax Accountants

Last reviewed 22 August 2026.

Trust Tax Accountants is a compliance service for trustees and personal representatives. It is a single specialism rather than a general practice with a trusts page attached, and it deliberately stops where the reserved legal work begins.

The work is delivered by Tidy Money Ltd, a UK accountancy practice run by Preetesh Parmar FCCA and regulated by the ACCA. Both the firm and the regulator can be checked independently rather than being claims made on a website.

What the Regulator Means Here

On this niche the regulator is not a footnote, it defines the scope. ACCA is not an approved regulator for probate, so this practice does trust and estate tax work and does not apply for grants. That limit is published on its own page rather than buried, because a firm that is vague about it is not a firm you want holding an estate's tax affairs.

Everything we do sell is unreserved work that any competent accountant may carry out: registration, returns, computations, accounts and certificates.

How the Content Here Is Written

Every rate, threshold, deadline and penalty on this site is held in one file with the primary source it was read from, and each is checked at that source before it is published. The trust rates come from HMRC's guidance on trusts and income tax, the registration rules from the Trust Registration Service guidance, the inheritance tax positions from HMRC and the Inheritance Tax Act, and the regulatory boundary from the Legal Services Act 2007 and the Legal Services Board's register.

Where guidance is genuinely unsettled we say so rather than picking a reading and presenting it as fixed. The ten-year anniversary rate is the clearest example: it cannot be quoted as a flat percentage, so we do not quote one.

Pages carry a last-reviewed date and are written by the editorial team rather than under an invented byline. There are no testimonials or case studies on this site, because we would rather publish nothing than publish something a reader cannot verify.
