What we collect
- Your name and email address, and your phone number if you give one.
- What you tell us about the trust or estate: the kind of trust, whether it is registered, and what is outstanding.
- Anything else you type into the free-text box.
- The page you submitted from, and the referrer or campaign tags that brought you to the site.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third-party marketers.
The work is delivered by Tidy Money Ltd, so your details are shared with that practice. Nothing else receives them unless you ask us to involve someone.
Analytics and cookies
No analytics cookie is set unless you accept it. The banner asks first, and declining means nothing is loaded at all rather than loaded silently.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the enquiry form and say so, and we will deal with it.
